SASI offers a number of fun and exciting group-based activities throughout the year for all ages.
What Activities & Camps are available?
At SASI we offer activities aimed at providing people with tailored and individualised supports. This allows them to access the community and participate in activities that are fun and of interest to them.
At SASI you will be supported to participate in a range of different activities across Melbourne, some of the fun and exciting places we have visited and activities we have held so far include but are not limited to:
- Movies
- Bowling
- Museums, Libraries and Galleries
- Phillip Island and Mornington Peninsula
- Farms
- Mazes
- BBQ’s at a number of locations
- Adventure based activities such as rock climbing, adventure parks, trampolining centres etc.
- Centre based cooking and baking programs.
- Centre based games/movies days.
Activities are a mixture of centre based and community-based activities to meet a range of different interests as well as catering for different support requirements.
Our staff are skilled and experienced in supporting individuals with ASD as well as other physical and intellectual disabilities ensuring individual needs are met and most of all that everyone has fun and enjoys the activities.
Camps
SASI Club offers a number of camps throughout the year at several different locations on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. SASI Camps run for two nights and 3 days. Camps include lots of fun onsite activities to participate in as well as giving camp participants the opportunity to choose different local attractions to explore including but not limited to: adventure parks, beach exploring, BBQ, disco nights, camp fire story nights, movie nights and much
more.
All of our camps are carefully planned, each individual’s needs and support requirements are taken into consideration prior to commencement. Camps are supervised with client-to-staff ratios that are suited to a client’s individual support requirements and NDIS funding package.
All SASI staff are qualified, hold relevant screening and police checks, our team members are trained to provide quality supports.

13th March Yarra Valley
The weekends usually depart from our Seaford Hub at 4pm on Friday and return 12pm Sunday.
Cost is based on Support Ratios (charged under STA, all inclusive of accommodation, food, activities etc. No out of pocket costs, all NDIS charged).

School Holiday Program January
Get ready – the January holidays are going to be HUGE!
SASI is running an action-packed Holiday Program for under 18s and over 18s, loaded with fun activities, new experiences and plenty of chances to make memories with friends.
Whether you’re keen on exploring, creating, getting active or trying something completely new, there’s something in this program for everyone. You won’t be bored — that’s a promise! 🙌
📍 Drop-off & Pick-up:
All sessions will run from the Seaford Hub — 13 Sir Laurence Drive, Seaford.
Costs & Important Info

Support costs depend on your support ratio (1:1, 1:2 or 1:3).

All activities will be pre-booked (unless noted otherwise) and charged accordingly.

Transport on the SASI bus (unless an activity requires public transport) will be charged in line with the NDIS price guide.

Bring spending money for lunch, snacks, or anything extra you may want on the day.

If public transport is used, please bring a MYKI card with funds.

Packed lunches are totally fine too!

What’s on!
Saturday Recreation Program
Saturday Recreation Activities aim to meet a range of interests and abilities and are fully supported by our professional and passionate staff members. These group-based activities allow clients to socialise with others whilst having fun and participating in the things they enjoy. Some examples include:
- Bowling
- Movies
- Picnics/lunches
- Mini golf
- City trips
These Activities run from 10am-4pm and meet at our Seaford Hub, unless specified otherwise
Clients can either bring a packed lunch or purchase lunch. Staff are able to support clients with money handling to pay for activities and will also ensure a receipt is obtained for all purchases.
Cost: NDIS funded for support hours (based on support ratio) + out of pocket costs for tickets/entry/lunch etc
*Please note – Clients that have not yet commenced/completed the intake process will need to do this prior to attendance. To register please send us a request for service.

Friday Night Social Club
We’ve got a fun way for you to spend your Friday nights!
Participants must be over 18 years.
Time: 5-9.30pm dependent on activity.
Drop off/Pick up: 13 Sir Laurence Drive Seaford
Cost: Based on support ratio + movie ticket + food, transport divided by participants if required
What to bring: Money for activity, dinner and your companion card. Activity costs will be confirmed closer to the date.
