Leadership Program
A professional development program for existing and aspiring managers to build their leadership capabilities for SASI to create a learning culture, to build a professional workforce and provide quality customer services. All participants in the program complete an Advanced Dual Diploma in Sector Management and Competitive Systems & Practices in the workplace funded by SASI. This program will ensure all participants have an in-depth knowledge of NDIS practices and Quality & Safeguarding Standards. This presents an exciting opportunity for our management
team to have the opportunity to mentor and coach exiting and new staff as part of the
program.
Upskill Program
A training program is offered to unqualified exiting staff or for people with qualifications that are over 10 years old. The program addresses any skill gaps and create a career pathway. Existing staff will be offered a dual qualification Certificate IV in Disability and Competitive Systems and Practices in the workplace funded by SASI.
Workforce Development Program
SASI is committed to addressing the skill shortage in the disability sector. We recruit people from all industries with attributes that have been identified as necessary skills and values required to be a professional support worker. Successful candidates will be offered a dual qualification Certificate IV in Disability and Competitive Systems and Practices in the workplace funded by SASI and an ongoing permanent position after 12 months.
