Autism Connect: Australia’s First National Autism Helpline

Amaze has launched a new service called Autism Connect – Australia’s first national autism helpline.

Formerly the Victorian-based service called Autism Advisor, this new helpline is now available in Victoria, the ACT region and Tasmania.
In taking this service national, Amaze have partnered with Marymead Autism Centre and Autism Tasmania to deliver local, personalised advice backed by evidence-based information curated from Australia and around the world.

“Amaze is really excited to be delivering Autism Connect in Victoria. It builds on our strong heritage of 53 years developing and delivering vital information and support to the autistic community. Autism Connect will make a really positive difference to the lives of autistic people in Victoria and across Australia in addition to their support networks. It connects them to a deep resource of information and advice on all things autism for all ages.”

Amaze CEO,
Fiona Sharkie

The team of advisors at Autism Connect have a broad range of backgrounds, specialties and lived experience, working together to provide evidence-based and up-to-date information.
The service is available Monday – Friday, from 8am – 7pm (AEDT), via these channels:
